Maria D., Alaska

"I had such a great experience at Allison’s mental health and wellness retreat. It was few days before the retreat started and she called me to answer questions I had. She truly is genuine in how she wants to help you overcome your traumas and come to many different self realizations. The group experience was more effective for me than conventional 1-1 therapy. I no longer go to therapy now and just live life! She even kept in touch with us after the retreat. She’s an intuitive and insightful person. I enjoyed the breathing therapy, cacao ceremony, dance session and restorative yoga sessions among other modalities we learned. I am implementing many lessons I learned. 10/10" - Google Review
