Relationship Wellness Retreat
November 12-15, 2026 Winter Park, CO
Being 'In Relationship' is Part of the Human Experience
This retreat is the perfect opportunity to cultivate connection with other women, horses, nature and yourSELF. As a female only event, we will be taking a deep-dive into various aspects of being in a relationship and how the expectations for women might be placing boundaries on how we show up. This is an opportunity to discover how your lifestyle, limiting beliefs, energy and past traumas are contributing to your relationships.
We offer a variety of activities designed to help you compassionately examine your relationships with other people, but also (and perhaps more importantly), with things like alcohol, food, the planet, material possessions, work, exercise, money, etc.
Through the lens of growth, renewal, spirituality, individualism, and love, we'll help you examine & evaluate:
-
Triggers, trauma & outcomes
-
Vitality and lifestyle choices
-
Catastrophizing & shame spirals
-
Detoxification & fasting to support your mood & energy
-
Energetic footprint, repetitive patterns, behaviors and thoughts
-
Awareness, intention & agency
-
Food and beverage choices that contribute to mood
-
Values and time management
-
Heart, mind, body & soul alignment
-
Different types of stress
This 4-day, 3-night exploration offers a sacred space to practice self-love and compassion in a supportive community. You'll also be exposed to a variety of facilitators and modalities to see which ones resonate with you for implementation at home when the retreat concludes. You can expect:
