Relationship Wellness Retreat
November 12-15, 2026 Winter Park, CO
For partnerships that have weathered real life - and are ready to deepen

Come back to each other.
You've been together long enough to know what you have. The house. The kids, or the chapter after the kids. The rhythms. The private language. The years — and all the shared memories inside them.
And somewhere underneath it all, you've been feeling something quieter. A sense that you've been running on autopilot for a while. That the version of "us" that carried you through the busy years isn't quite right for what's next. The relationship is asking to evolve — to move out of routine comfort and back into something vibrant.
You're not in crisis. The respect is there. The recognition of what you've built is there. You are two people who know, with the honesty that only comes with time, that love isn't the issue — and that rediscovery, connection, and real time invested in each other is what the next chapter needs.
This retreat is for coming back.
What this retreat is...
Four days of intentional partnership work for couples who want to BE more than just 'okay'.
This is not a wellness getaway. It is not a weekend of spa treatments with a workshop bolted on. It's a working retreat, held with real structure and depth. Guided practices for intentional reconnection and intimacy.
This is not couples therapy. It is not for partnerships in crisis, and therefore not designed to repair what feels broken. If you are in that place, we want to be transparent. This retreat isn't ideal and won't provide that level of attention.
This is for couples who have the emotional bandwidth to go deeper. Couples who want to:
name what they've been avoiding,
feel what they've been managing, and
leave with a partnership that feels more alive than the one they arrived with.
Four couples. Four days. One facilitator. A luxury mountain home in Winter Park.
The Four Territories
I.
Territory One — Where We Are
The honest inventory. Not "what's wrong," but "what's true." Where has autopilot taken over? What have we stopped asking each other? What have we been managing instead of feeling?
This isn't name, blame, and shame. It's spoken acknowledgment of what's working, what's been neglected, and where the opportunity for growth lives. This is the shared language for what has, until now, been left unspoken.
II.
Territory Two — Where We Come From
The stories, patterns, and inherited scripts each of you brought into the partnership — the individual work that shapes the shared load. What roles did you each adopt that no longer fit? What language and behaviors have become common between you, but no longer supportive?
This is where hypnotherapy and somatic breathwork open space that talk therapy often can't reach.
III.
Territory Three — What's Between Us
The nervous system of the partnership. How you regulate together, how you rupture, how you repair. What behaviors, words, and triggers are fueling the silence? What has quiet resentment built over years of repetition? What hurts have gone unrepaired? And where is your time actually going?
Equine-assisted work, value mapping, and energy practices live here.
IV.
Territory Four — Where We're Going
The intentional future. Not vague hopes — specific practices, agreements, and rhythms you'll carry home. What does the next chapter of this partnership actually look like, and what will you protect to make it real? What escape mechanisms and self-soothing habits need to shift? What can you honestly commit to — without resentment?
You'll leave with a written action plan, held by a virtual follow-up with Allison in the weeks after you return home.
Over four days, we move through four territories that shape every long-term partnership. Each is held with a mix of guided practice, somatic work, partner exercises, and space for the two of you to integrate what surfaces.

This isn't a weekend.
It's a 6-week program.
The most common thing couples tell me after a retreat is: "It was beautiful, and then we came home and life took over, and within a month it felt like nothing had changed."
That's not a failure of the retreat. It's a failure of what surrounds it. Four days of deep work needs preparation before and integration after — otherwise it lives as a memory instead of becoming who you are.
This retreat is designed as a 6-week journey, not a four-day event.
Two weeks before the retreat — Individual Couple Preparation Call (30 minutes)
A private video call, just the two of you and me. We'll review your pre-work together, name any specific territory you want held during the four days, and answer any logistical questions. You arrive in Winter Park already known.
The Retreat — Four Days in Winter Park
Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning. This is the container the whole journey is built around.
Two weeks after the retreat — Individual Couple Integration Call (60 minutes)
A private video call, just the two of you and me. This is where the retreat becomes real life. What's landing? What's harder than expected? What practice do you need to keep alive? This is the call that separates a beautiful memory from lasting change.
Six weeks after the retreat — Group Reunion Circle (90 minutes)
All four couples reconvene on video call. You've now had six weeks to live with what you learned. You'll hear how the other couples are metabolizing the work, and you'll share your own. This isn't a reunion for its own sake — it's the accountability structure that keeps the work alive at the ninety-day mark and beyond.
This is what makes this retreat different from any other you'll consider. Most retreats end at Sunday morning checkout. This one is designed to still be shaping your relationship six weeks later — and beyond.
Your Guide for the Experience

Allison Jurgens
Retreat Lead & Founder Ascending Spirit Wellness
Allison is a mother of three, currently in a 16-year relationship, and has spent most of her adult life inside long-term relationships — with all the joys, edges, and questions that come with them.
She brings two decades of leadership experience and dedicated wellness practice to this work. She is a NAMA-certified Ayurveda health counselor, an 800-hour yoga teacher, and a certified sound healer. She holds this retreat with the belief that long-term love is not automatic — it's a practice, and it deserves real space, devoted time, and loads of honesty recognition of what is vs. our unspoken expectations.
Her role this weekend: Leading every session, holding the arc of the four days, and creating the container where couples can do the work they came to do.
