This retreat is ideal for women of all ages! If you feel overwhelmed by all the information regarding hormones, perimenopause and menopause, this retreat is for you! Spend 4-days and 3-nights cultivating your Wild Feminine while also learning how to navigate the transitions of womanhood.

Private Room: $1,950 per person
Shared Room: $1,300 per person
Locals (no lodging): $950 per person​

Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due 30-days prior to the start of the retreat and is non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to attend, you can transfer to another retreat (and pay the difference if applicable) or transfer to another person.

Accomodations
We have a lovely home selected for this special occasion located in Steiner Ranch. We'll use this fabulous estate as our workshop headquarters and base camp. Complete with a pool, hot tub, and 6 luxuriously-appointed bedrooms, everyone will be comfortable and have plenty of space to spread out.

You have the option for a private or shared room, and all meals, snacks and beverages will be lovingly prepared onsite in the gourmet kitchen.

Our lectures and activities will be hosted indoors and outdoors, and you'll love the sunset views.​















Meet the Speakers & Facilitators

Kimberley Wilson
Kimberley Wilson is a chartered psychologist with a master’s degree in nutrition.
She is author of How to Build a Healthy Brain and Unprocessed: How the Food We Eat
Is Fuelling Our Mental Health Crisis. Kimberley believes the way we think about
mental health – as separate from physical health is flawed. Her philosophy of Whole
Body Mental Health is a comprehensive approach to mental health care; integrating
evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle factors with psychological therapy. A former
governor of the Tavistock and Portman Mental Health Trust, Kimberley led the
therapy service at Europe’s largest women’s prison. Kimberley hosted Radio 4’s
Made of Stronger Stuff and regularly appears on ITV’s Lorraine and Channel 4’s Know
Your S**t.

Katie Hardie
With an interest in human performance and excellence, Katie’s career incorporates strength and conditioning, sport and performance psychology, personal cheffing, and nutrition. She runs functional labs that use tighter "optimal" ranges to try to catch internal dysfunction early so it can be corrected through diet and lifestyle shifts to restore function and optimize performance. Through understanding each client’s interests and motivations, Katie creates customized programs where she educates and coaches clients on nutrition, exercise, recovery, and stress management to support achieving their health and performance goals.

Lori Hammond
Blending the science of the mind with the magic of hypnosis, Lori Hammond guides participants into pleasant deep trance states that open the door to healing and expanded consciousness. Her unique trance-based approach lets people rediscover their wholeness and step into new possibilities with ease and curiosity.​​​​​​​​​​

Rachel Bach
Owner of Revive Wellness LLC and longtime mountain gal, Rachel is a trauma informed Somatic Coach, Certified Breathwork Guide and Registered Yoga Teacher. After over a decade of building and managing the first luxury vacation rental company in Winter Park, CO., she decided to switch gears and go all in
on her dream of starting a wellness company specializing in the body based modalities that most impacted her personal journey; breathwork, bodywork and yoga.

Combining her love of the outdoors, movement and all things somatics, she offers a range of science backed tools for folks to reconnect with their inner rebel, regulate their nervous systems, and create sustainable change in their personal and professional lives. Her favorite part of this work is connecting with people and businesses across the globe and in retreat spaces where transformation is safe and supported. She believes these tools are changing the game, and is passionate about sharing them in accessible and fun ways to help people get off autopilot and start living the life they want.
