A Digital Detox and Reclaiming of Your Energy 

As we move into the Season of Giving, take time to check-in with your Higher Self and spend time in nature. Autumn is a wonderful time to schedule a digital detox and recalibrate before the rush of the holidays. Enjoy a 4-day, 3-night getaway in the mountains as the perfect backdrop for self-reflection.

  • Discover and practice a variety of stress management techniques

  • Practice yoga, breathwork, sound healing, meditation and more

  • Special services like massage, reiki, breathwork, sound healing, nutrition consultations, personal training, spinal energetics, pain therapy, hypnotherapy, etc.

  • Use soul collage and art therapy for nervous system regulation

  • Hike in the Arapaho National Forest and enjoy cocoa by the fire

Cost:

  • $585 workshop only (no accommodations)

  • $1,094.40 with accommodations

  • $1,679.40 double occupancy

Reservations are non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to another person for the same event and dates.

Thursday, Nov 6th
  • 2:00 p.m. - Arrive, Check in & Networking

  • 3:00 p.m. - Meet & Greet, Orientation and Workshop Overview

  • 4:30 p.m. - Learn to make mocktails with Tame Grand County

  • 6:00 p.m. - Dinner on own as a group at Terrain Taco

  • 7:00 p.m. - Intention setting and sharing

  • 8:00 p.m. - Sound healing

Friday, Nov 7th
  • Breakfast on your own

  • 8:00 a.m. - Morning yoga & pranayamas

  • 9:00 a.m. - Lecture: Mood Food by author, Kimberley Wilson

  • 10:00 a.m. - Activity: Somatic Breathwork

  • 12:00 p.m. - Lecture: Energetic Footprint & Energy Management with Allison Jurgens

  • 2:00 p.m. - Private Services & Free Time (massage, spinal energetics, pain therapy, shadow work, sound healing, breathwork, Ayurveda consult, personal training, etc.) 

  • 5:00 p.m. - Dinner on own as a group at Terrain Taco

  • 6:00 p.m. - Lecture: Cultivating Awareness by Acknowledging Your Triggers with Allison Jurgens 

  • 7:00 p.m. - Lecture & Activity: Intuition & Free Writing

Saturday, Nov 8th

Sunday, Nov 9th

Accomodations

You can choose to participate in the workshop with and without accommodations. We have a special bundle discounted rate for retreat attendees at Gravity Haus Winter Park for those needing accommodations.

Gravity Haus Hotel and Ascending Spirit Wellness Center will be the two primary locations for all of our activities and classes. Both are located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, and are within easy walking distance to shopping, dining and outdoor adventures.

​

Our bundle includes a King Standard Room with double occupancy maximum. Staying at the property provides access hotel amenities such as hot tubs, a fully equipped gym, Terrain Taco restaurant and bar. In addition, Gravity Haus offers other group classes and activities for guests in addition to the retreat.

Kimberley Wilson

Kimberley Wilson is a chartered psychologist with a master’s degree in nutrition.
She is author of How to Build a Healthy Brain and Unprocessed: How the Food We Eat
Is Fuelling Our Mental Health Crisis. Kimberley believes the way we think about
mental health – as separate from physical health is flawed. Her philosophy of Whole
Body Mental Health is a comprehensive approach to mental health care; integrating
evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle factors with psychological therapy. A former
governor of the Tavistock and Portman Mental Health Trust, Kimberley led the
therapy service at Europe’s largest women’s prison. Kimberley hosted Radio 4’s
Made of Stronger Stuff and regularly appears on ITV’s Lorraine and Channel 4’s Know
Your S**t.

Bret Nelson

Bret J. Nelson is the Vice President of Organizational Development at Life Engineering, where he collaborates with organizations worldwide to enhance people and organizational strategies. Bret is dedicated to helping others foster meaningful growth, achieve breakthroughs, and harness the energies and activators that fuel high performance.


Bret holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and Management from Southern Utah University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Bret is passionate about his role as a father and enjoys spending
time outdoors with family and friends.

Rachel Bach

Owner of Revive Wellness LLC and longtime mountain gal, Rachel is a trauma informed Somatic Coach, Certified Breathwork Guide and Registered Yoga Teacher. After over a decade of building and managing the first luxury vacation rental company in Winter Park, CO., she decided to switch gears and go all in 

on her dream of starting a wellness company specializing in the body based modalities that most impacted her personal journey; breathwork, bodywork and yoga.

​

Combining her love of the outdoors, movement and all things somatics, she offers a range of science backed tools for folks to reconnect with their inner rebel, regulate their nervous systems, and create sustainable change in their personal and professional lives. Her favorite part of this work is connecting with people and businesses across the globe and in retreat spaces where transformation is safe and supported. She believes these tools are changing the game, and is passionate about sharing them in accessible and fun ways to help people get off autopilot and start living the life they want.

Christina Russell

Christina has been passionate about helping people decrease stress and increase their health and happiness for over 30 years. She has been practicing massage therapy since 1991 supporting her clients on their quest for healthy, happy, pain free living. Christina also teaches yoga/fitness and outdoor education, bolstering people to discover the mind/body connection and to find peace and healing in nature. In addition, she is a Mind/Body Wellness NLP coach, using hypnotherapy and other tools to further help people find insight into their life purpose and to live a life where stress can be managed to allow for joyful, healthy living.
